Refund policy

At Mile 8 Society, we want you to love your hiking-inspired apparel. Since all of our products are made on demand, we focus on quality and sustainability, and we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mile8society@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds for approved claims will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can place a new order for the correct size or item. If your original item qualifies for a replacement due to damage or defect, we’ll ensure it is shipped promptly.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items that are not damaged or defective. For damaged or defective items, we cover the return shipping.
